Il 360 gradi è vintage!…
Ha le spalline come le giacche di Michael Jackson e si usava anni fa quando si voleva fare i tuttologi per paura che la specializzazione facesse perdere occasioni a favore della concorrenza.
(Lo dissi anch’io, che vi credete… mica sono nata imparata.)
All’epoca per me, c’era il passaggio tra design e promozione tradizionale a quella digitale e sembrava più figo riassumere il tutto in un 360 gradi. (Sembrava… solo!)
“ma dde chè?”
Anche allora, quell’espressione non comunicava di fatto, nulla… esattamente come “giovane e dinamico“, “leader del settore“, “primo sui motori” & Co….
Non sono certo colei dalle verità in tasca anzi, vivo di dubbi e le mie riflessioni nascono dal mio vissuto. Nel bene e nel male sono frutto di un percorso che come tutti, passa attraverso successi ed errori e dove io stessa ho imparato, con l’esperienza, che la delega e la collaborazione costituiscono il valore aggiunto di un servizio di qualità.
Oggi, la specializzazione fa la differenza tra affermarsi sul proprio mercato e arrancare alla ricerca d’ossigeno in quel mare del di tutto un po’ dove spesso, difficilmente si riesce a dare il meglio.
E quando tutto cambia?… Cambia tutto!
Allora, perchè non prenderseli questi 5 minuti per definire il MESSAGGIO esatto che si vuole comunicare? Perchè non selezionare A CHI lo si vuole rivolgere?
L’obiettivo è arrivare a tutti, trascurando la nostra identità e mission o attrarre benevolmente la nostra nicchia dove verremo ascoltati maggiormente e con più attenzione?
Se proprio vogliamo restare nella geometria, come immagine preferisco, all’angolo giro, che parte da un punto per tornare sullo stesso, una retta, che per essere tale presuppone uno spostamento DA… A! (ma questo è un problema mio!)
“panta rei”, tutto scorre… ne si ferma, ne torna indietro.
